"What is HD?"

Many of our customers had their HDTV panel installed by our "competitor" and claimed that there was not much difference in quality.  Some claimed their  picture was actually worse!

We had to help.  It's our sworn duty!

Believe it or not we have ran across many of these situations.  Almost every time.
Not to name names but... even the cable and satellite installers aren't connecting the HD boxes correctly.

They aren't even being trained to do so!

  "What is the best brand?"

  We get asked this one a lot.  Many of us have favorites for different reasons.
The brand we recommend most often is Philips.

Philips generally have the most features
and the best picture for best value for you're dollar.

Name brand electronics also have a much better history of service if you
are ever in need of repair.

With Philips we offer On-Site repair.  This means you're not stuck loading
up your unit and driving it 50 miles to the nearest repair facility.

We have many more name brands we would love to recommend, however, if you don't care about "name brand " we offer many models that
you may not have heard of before.

1080i or 1080p?

What is the difference? Is it worth the extra cost?

1080p is the new "Full HD".  We get asked quite often by consumers if they should buy 1080i or 1080p.  1080p of course is going to be a better picture if you are using 1080p video equipment, (DVD, cable/satellite boxes, video servers, computers etc...  Where the problem lies is the fact that many researchers, developers and satellite and cable TV spokespersons say that they may never go to 1080p  they might stay at 1080i.  If you go those BIG BOX stores they will take you right to the most expensive models and "Sell" you.  The cost difference between those models and what you need may be quite large and useless if they decide to never go to 1080p.  Or you decide to never upgrade to 1080p equipment.
